Warranty Terms, Repairs & Returns Policy

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Carpfuture BV guarantees the quality of its products. The warranty periods below apply to our products from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only with correct use, normal maintenance, and use according to the manual.
Warranty expires if
- incorrect or improper use;
- insufficient maintenance;
- normal wear and tear;
- fall, impact or blow damage;
- water damage or moisture ingress;
- use in salt water without thorough cleaning;
- incorrect charging or storage of batteries;
- use of non-original parts or chargers;
- own repairs or modifications to the electronics;
- transport damage after delivery.
Carpfuture BV reserves the right to technically inspect any product before approving a warranty claim.
Additional warranty conditions for second-hand and outlet products
For second-hand bait boats, demonstration models, refurbished products, and products purchased through the Carpfuture BV outlet store, a warranty period of applies. 6 months from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is explicitly stated for the product concerned.
This warranty covers exclusively defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, insufficient maintenance, damage from falls or impacts, water damage, or other exclusions as stated in these warranty conditions.
Second-hand, demo, refurbished, and outlet products may show normal signs of use, cosmetic damage, or minor wear. These are deemed to be known and accepted by the buyer and are not covered by the warranty.
If a different warranty period is stated for a specific second-hand or outlet product on the invoice, product sheet, quotation, or sales agreement, this stated warranty period takes precedence over the above provision.
DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY
Check your order immediately upon receipt.
Transport damage or visible damage must within a maximum of 1 calendar day after receipt to be reported via info@carpfuture.com.
Always add clear photos of:
- the packaging;
- the shipping label;
- the damage;
- das fertige Produkt.
Late notifications cannot be treated as transport damage.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
Always send an email to info@carpfuture.com of:
- type of boat or purchased item;
- photo of the serial number (if applicable);
- clear description of the problem;
- photos and/or video of the defect (if possible);
- copy of the purchase invoice (if available).
Telephone reports of problems must always be confirmed by email.
Dispatch
- Within the first 3 months after purchase provides Carpfuture BV with a return label.
- After 3 months The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to Carpfuture BV.
Always pack your product properly. Damage occurring during inadequately packaged return shipments is the responsibility of the sender.
RETURN POLICY
For purchases made via our webshop, a right of return applies. 14 calendar days upon receipt.
For purchases made in our physical store, returns are only possible after prior consultation.
Return conditions
The article must:
- be unused and undamaged;
- be registered within 14 calendar days;
- be returned in the original packaging;
- be complete, including all accessories;
- be properly packaged.
If one or more conditions are not met, the right to return, exchange, or refund lapses.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
This commercial guarantee does not prejudice the statutory rights of consumers in accordance with Belgian and European law.
For professional customers (B2B), only these commercial warranty conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRIVACY
Your personal data is used exclusively for the processing of warranty, repair, and return requests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is never provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
