The mix consists of the following particles: yellow corn - French red corn - corn extra small - corn cribbs bordeaux - wheat - Milo corn - green peas - yellow peas - dunpeas peas - white dari - maple peas - English cardy - vitsen - katja idjoe - buckwheat
TIP: Soak for 24 hours and let it cook for about 1/2, use as desired. Any boosts, flavors and or fragrances can be added after cooking, these would be lost during cooking.
